Kaunis vaahto, joka tosin alkaa haihtua nopsaan. Musta kahvi värinä.
Vaniljaa, kahvia ja hedelmäisyyttä tuoksussa. Tuoksu ehkä odotettua keveämpi ja hedelmäisempi.
Maussa toistuu hedelmäinen kahvi ja vanilja. Tasapainoinen ja kiva maku.
Tätähän juo mielikseen.

Tosiaan Rocky Roadin makuinen imppi. Maukas, tukeva runko. Oikein maukas tämä UG:n 1.000 erä.

And as if a new Eisbock wasn't enough, these guys have released a second freeze-distilled brew! It's an "ice sahti". The first time ever they have produced one. I made one myself years back.
Served in a cup, just like hard tea in the prohibition years.
A very dark brown appearance. Can't say anything about transparency. The cup doesn't allow me to. No carbonation, no head. That's what I expected.
Cookie, dark chocolate, sweet dark malt and a hint of juniper twig emanate to my nostrils. Super promising!! 🤎🤎
Powerful juniper twig and berry on the tastebuds. Oh Loooord!! Sweet bliss! Dark chocolate, raw chocolate, cookie, sweet dark malt, a smaller amendment of licorice, even a touch of strong coffee. Whaaat?? 🤎🤎🤎
The body is really full. Robust. The finish is pretty much like upfront. Oh my! The sensation is awesome: full, sticky, warming. Slightly alcoholic but extraordinarily balanced. Layered, somewhat complex, smooth. Close to perfection!

It's the time. A new edition of the annual Eisbock release available. This is 2026 vintage. Will most likely be named "Minus 19°C" since the process was conducted in –19°C.
Murky, dark brown beer. Marginal carbonation and a hair-thin beige lacing. Soon nothing left on the top.
Dark malt with a roasty bang in the scent. Raw chocolate, raw cacao powder and a coffeeish wisp complete the olfactory escapade. Slightly rough.
The taste gives harsh and roasty vibes. Yes, light-roasted malt, rye bread, raw cacao powder, a coffeeish whisper and something arrogant... Could there be juniper here?
The body is full. The end is rough, rye-dominant. Pretty similar to the earlier encounter.
The mouthfeel is mellow, harsh, roasty and strong. Mouthcoating. And lip-glueing. Moderately. Tasty!
