Hanasta. Terassikalja. Kesäisen raikas sour. Ei kovinkaan hapan. Jälkimaussa aavistus kardemummaa.

Simamainen väri, tiukka sourin maku. Mango jää taustalle.

Olut on väriltään samea, oljenkeltainen ja vähä vaahtoinen olut. Tuoksu on happaman mangoinen sekä kardemummaienen Maku on hapan, mangoinen jälkimaussa hivenen hardemummaa. Hapanta mehua kun joisi!

A commercial vs. homebrew side-by-side review. Both are mango sour ales. The UG version bears a hazy, pale orange veil, looks very much like mango juice. Carbonation is regular, and a clean white head climbs two fingers high. The retention is short. The nose picks sour mango and a good load of passionfruit. A wisp of salt joins the show right thereafter. The undertone is absolutely lactic acidic. The sourness hits my taste receptors like a hundred volts. Mango is evident, passionfruit can be imagined. Maybe a dash of orange as well as a suggestion of cardamom can also be observed. Lactic acid penetrates every nook of my mouth and gives very little mercy. The body is light, or slightly bigger, like light plus. The finish is still bifurcated: on one hand, clear mango, on the other hand, spying passionfruit following on the former's footsteps. And lactic acid, of course. A medium-long tail. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, pulpy, fresh, tart, acidic and puckering. And very remotely spiced. Commercial is professional, I can taste the experience. A more robust skeleton would, of course, be welcome.
