Punertava väriltään, hyvä vaahtokukka ja vadelmaisen hapan tuoksu. Ensipuraisu hapan, jälkimaku vadelmainen. Sopii hyvin elokuun kolmannen lauantaisaunan jälkiseuraksi.

Vadelma oikein hyvin ensimaistolla ja myöhemminkin suussa makuna. Hyvä juotavuus, matalahiilihappoinen ainakin tämä. Sopivasti hapan olut.
Jatkoon jos sitä täältä saisi, tämä minulle tuotiin.

A long construction day behind. Our beach sauna still needs a bit of paint but otherwise it's ready for use. Therefore: the first warming and enjoy the 85°C!
Now a shared nightcap. Looks exceptionally beautiful: foggy, pastel red. Very much like watermelon juice. The carbonation is shy and unlocks a sheer one-finger head that dissipates fast to zero. A spoonful of solid particles have drowned to the bottom.
Looks watermelony but doesn't smell watermelony. And it's not supposed to. Nothing to do with watermelon. This is a raspberry Sour Ale. Yes, it smells like fresh raspberry mash. I can also spot faint redcurrant although this has nothing to do with redcurrant either.
Strongly sour raspberry lands on the tongue. Nice. No more redcurrant to be depicted. Just raspberry. And wheat. And lactic acid. Straightforward.
The body is light. Finishes basically unchanged. She wore a raspberry beret, the kind you find in a second hand store; raspberry beret, and if it was warm she wouldn't wear much more; raspberry beret; I think I love the aftertaste.
Feels tart, puckering, acidic, juicy, light and summery in the mouth. Really natural, too. Ungimmicky in its own style although the entire style is a gimmick. 😄
