Tämä on todella hyvää! Aiemmin jo maistettu ja nyt uudestaan.

Baharat sour ale? Sounds interesting. Lucid, dark maroon beer. Generous carbonation. Too generous. Wild, I would say. A dense moussy off-white head elevates up to four fingers. Long retention, I can still observe an impressive foamy cap after a long time. Takes time to settle down to a drinkable level. The name of the beer suggests that I can expect cola. Indeed, cola is there. It's ample. Accompaniments include cinnamon, coriander, lemon zest, salt and wheat malt. Cola can't be missed in the taste profile either. Brown sugar, a good dose of salt, coriander, cinnamon and nutmeg spread seasonings to the palate. Support is given by wheat malt. Light body. Not much difference between the actual and aftertaste. The sensation is spiced, Middle Eastern, relatively light, zesty and herbal. Too effervescent (best before 09/27, so it shouldn't be the age). Interesting anyway but not necessarily something that I'd drink too many times though.
