Buena con un buen sándwich Danes!!

Doing a double up to end the evening. This is supposed to be a WC DIPA. So let’s see if it measures up. It’s citrusy and tropical that leans towards tangerine, grapefruit, mango and pineapple. Very light pine at best. Hoppy bitterness is light. Has a touch of a toasted caramel malt. For can 1 & 2 the fruity aspects became more pronounced as it warmed especially on the second can. It does hide the abv very well. Overall it doesn’t have a classic WC taste. The taste is muted overall which was quite disappointing. It’s lacking in hoppy bitterness, citrus, pine and malt. It is not horrible but not worthy of seeking. Borderline 3.4/3.5. I was nice. I guess this has the “modern” WC style taste. Give me the old school style any day. Canned 12/17/25.

Bottled 2022.03.06. Funky, fruity. Medium lemon sourness. Honey almost not noticeable.
