-Brewmaster's Collective Exclusive- Bourbon Barrel-Aged Ale with vanilla, cocoa, cardamom & sea salt. 2021 Club Members were given full reign on this beer. Given a list of potential adjuncts from Matt and his team, they were given the opportunity to vote and rank their favorite choices. Driven by those responses, we started off the 2022 year with "Collective Choice", a blend of two barrel-aged beers with these member-voted adjuncts added.

The aroma is dark chocolaty, spicy, and very herbal. Confusing.
The mouthfeel is low-carbonated, thin, confusing, and dry. Confusing.
The taste has herbal notes, medicinal qualities, spiciness, and chocolate. Confusing.
The aftertaste leaves a tingling medicinal and herbal flavor in the mouth. Confusing.
Doesn't work. Very odd and quite bad beer.

Suutuntuma on matalahiilihappoinen, ohuehko, sekava ja kuiva. Sekava.
Maussa on yrttisyyttä, lääkemäisyyttä, mausteisuutta ja suklaata. Sekava.
Jälkimaku jättää suuhun pistelevän lääkemäisen ja yrttisen maun. Sekava.
