Kirpeän sitruksinen, kuivahko, hieman appelsiinia. Reilusti hapan. Ei ihan yhtä hyvää kuin Rodenbachin oluet. Erittäin suunmyötäistä kumminkin.

Tuoksussa villihiivaa ja lakkaa/hillaa. Makean hedelmäinen, mutta hapan. Pehmeämpiä makuja alla, pientä persikkaa. Happamampaa menoa pinnalla, lakkoja, vadelmaa ja häivähdys vihreetä omenaa. Kokonaisuus on maanläheinen ja kevyen tallinen. Toimii todella hyvin. - - - Wild yeasts and cloudberry on the nose. Begins sweet and fruity, but sour. Smoother fruits below, like peaches and things get more sour on the top with cloudberries, raspberries and a hint of green apple. Overall, this is really nice, earthy and lightly stableish.
