Bottled on: ? Beautiful, deep red colour and quite juicy-looking beer. The foam stays on top for a long time: 4,5/5 The nose is raspberry-jam-like with some barnyard funkiness. Complex and deep. Just the way I want it to be: 4,5/5 Mouthfeel is medium with sharp, long-lasting sourness. Vivid: 4,25/5 The taste also gives that strong raspberry jam-like flavour with powerful sourness mixing with some funky hues. In the end, there's a slight vinegar flavour, which I'm not a fan of. The aftertaste is strong, lingering, sweet and sour: 12,75/15 Really good, complex beer. The only negative thing about this is that mildly vinegar flavour at the very end but in some way, it fits the character of this brew: 16,5/20 =42,5/50
