Birra Nazionale Blanche is a refreshing Italian wheat beer with a cloudy pale golden appearance and a soft, long-lasting white head. The aroma is bright and inviting, featuring notes of orange peel, lemon zest, coriander, fresh wheat, and subtle floral hints. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced. The wheat malt provides a soft, slightly creamy body, while citrus flavors of orange and lemon add freshness and vibrancy. Gentle spice from the coriander complements the fruitiness without overpowering it, and a light, delicate bitterness keeps the finish crisp and clean. The lively carbonation enhances its refreshing character and makes it exceptionally easy to drink. Unlike many traditional Belgian-style blanche beers, Birra Nazionale Blanche offers a distinctly Italian interpretation, with a clean, elegant profile and excellent balance between citrus, spice, and wheat. It pairs beautifully with seafood, salads, grilled chicken, light pasta dishes, and soft cheeses. A beautifully balanced and highly refreshing wheat beer with bright citrus aromas, subtle spice, and a smooth finish. It delivers plenty of flavor while remaining light and easy to enjoy, making it one of the standout Italian wheat beers.
