"Viljan ja sitruksen harmonia", kukkaisia ja mausteisia sävyjä sekä lievästi pippurinen jälkimaku.  Jos pidät Hoegaardenin, Blanche de Bruxellesin tai muiden belgialaistyylisten vehnäoluiden ystävänä, Isaac on usein hieman persoonallisempi ja aromaattisempi vaihtoehto.
