Going to the dark side today. This was the beer I forgot to bring with me for St Patrick’s day. So I figured I’d start with this. This has dark roasted malt that is very roasty tasting and is slightly burnt. Has some light+ bakers chocolate with a hint of coffee. It’s quite bitter and dry. Overall this was a nice and tasty dry stout. No date on the can.

Happy Friday. This is supposed to be a WC style IPA. This has a lot of citrus that leans towards lemon, light grapefruit with just a hint of stone fruit that I can barely make out - I think it’s peach. Has a touch of pine. Hoppy bitterness is very light. Has a hint+ of caramel malt. Overall it’s a okay IPA. From a WC perspective it is lacking. It could use a bigger hoppy bite. More pine with a little more malt would help too. Serviceable but not worth seeking. No date on the can.
