HAY-zy golden orange pour with a distinct thin texture and a large light yellowish soapy head. Huge classic saison boquet but surprisingly sessionable! Cloves, straw, wheat-bready, honey biscuit, white pepper, farmhousey spice, and earthy notes. A bit funky, leathery, salty nose. Mild citrus zest. Starts thin with a medium carbonated body progression and a dry refreshing finish. First saison I tried that is not overly spiced and very gentle to the palate. I love how the style makes a gentle introduction that lets you appreciate every note. Would recommend this as an initiation brew for someone new to this style.

Oikein kiva ja hedelmäinen saison. Vähän kyllä hyökkäsi pullosta. Oikein jees
