Très belle bière aussi bien en goût qu’en visuel Une petite merveille

🇫🇷 Pour moi elle manque un peu de pep’s mais c’est une bonne alternative pour ceux qui ne veulent pas boire d’alcool tout en sirotant une « NEIPA »

Beer #2 looks hazy, deep apricot-pulp-colored. A weak lace ring only, soon zero. The scent is considerably thinner than that of beer #1. I spot nectarine, apricot and orange peel. Distant lactose and coconut can also be detected. The taste profile is definitely not canned. The components include nectarine, peach, orange peel and pink grapefruit. A bit of resin and biscuit accompany. The sensation is medium-full to full, juicy, pulpy and slightly resinous. Also modestly dry and drying.

Two small ones @ Pien. Beer #1 is cloudy, deep papaya hued. A soft silky foam on the top. Massive peach jam in the scent. Wow! Papaya, nectarine, tangerine, mandarin and blood orange, as well. And faint vanilla. Beautiful! Sips with rather heavy fruity flavors, like canned fruit salad. Nectarine and apricot, first and foremost. Papaya, too. Citruses are sweet and canned, mandarin especially. Maybe a hint of blood orange. Biscuit and cereal in the basement. Feels relatively full, deep, a tad thick, nectar-like, pulpy and canned. A marginal alcoholic tang survives in the very end.

Imperial Stout à la robe bien foncée et épaisse/liquoreuse ! En bouche, le cacao domine, et en fond on sent la Tonka et la noisette ! Très sympa !!

Tosi pehmeää ja paahteista nautintoa semisti tummalla suklaalla höystettynä.. se tästä heti aluksi tulee mieleen. Onpahan hyvä Stoutti kevyeen nautiskeluun. Tummaa ja täyteläistä kamaa et ketkä pitää moisesta niin kannatan tekemään ostopäätöksen 😁
