Onhan tmä ihan hyvä, savu puraisee aina mukavasti alussa, mutta sen jälkeen vähän ohuen oloinen.

Rather hazy, strawberry juice colored beer. A decent off-white lacing wafts long on the top. Strawberry mash in the air. Wheat malt and a wink of biscuit escort the key player. The taste profile gives strawberry juice, relatively thin though, redcurrant, artificial vanilla and a wheat biscuity dash. The sensation is light, juicy, summery, gardeny and marginally tart. Not a big winner, okay though. Some local toilet humor in the pics. 😂👍🏻

If I had a chance to enjoy one more Mead, what should I do. Go for it or skip it? Hell yeah, I will surely dive to the deep end. Lucid, ruby Mead. An off-white lacing. Raspberry and blackcurrant certainly in the air. Blueberry follows in its footsteps. Blueberry takes the lead in the mouth. Blackcurrant jam steps forward bravely. Raspberry, cranberry and a remote tweak of honey complete the journey. The mouthfeel is medium, summery, juicy, cidery and lip-glueing. Not thick, nor sticky though. Quaffable.

Lunch accompaniments. A Mead... I have tasted this Mead before but this tastes and feels very different: the tap label says 12.7 % but the waiter says 8 %. Surely, this doesn't taste like 12.7 %. Whatever, I'll leave it as it is. Transparent, deep ruby color. A white, slightly pinkish foam. Looks velvety. Blueberry, faint honey, as if sour apple and a floral hint in the fragrance. The taste is really balanced: sour blueberry, red apple, cranberry and a suggestion of hibiscus. Feels light-medium, juicy, faintly tart, acidic, sessionable and summery. This is definitely not the same 12.7 % Mead that I tasted in June 2024. On the other hand, the internet, incl. all the beer apps, don't seem to report any other version of this Mead than the strong one. As said, let it be as it is.
