Gose With Raspberries
3.5% Grodziskie / Gose / Lichtenhainer
It all starts with the base of light wheat ale and then.. it goes the other way. The way that is strange and obscure, but it leads us to the crisp results. This is one of the most complicated brews we have ever done. It’s been kettle soured with lactobacillus and then fermented with raspberries at a rate of 100 kilos of berries per 1000 litres of beer. A pinch of salt adds up to the light body and the dryness in the aftertaste of this brew.
