Our latest Red IPA is a collaboration with Hopfully Brewing Co. from Waterford, Ireland. We decided to push the boundaries of the traditional Red IPA by adding natural cherry puree, which imparts a unique and delicious flavor to the beer. While cherries are not a typical ingredient in a Red IPA, we found that the tartness of the cherry puree perfectly complements the maltiness of the beer, creating a delicious oxymoron.
This carefully crafted beer features a unique blend of Idaho Gem, HBC 630, and Barbe Rouge hops, chosen to offer an enticing aroma and complex flavor profile.
With a reddish hue and a smooth finish, this Red IPA is a great example of the craft brewer's art.

Aika huonot pisteet saanut, mutta arvostan oman maun mukaisesti paljon ylemmäs. Kevyesti tulee kirsikkainen maku läpi, tykkään

Great amber colour and a nice head when poured, holds quite well. Aroma was a bit disappointing, lacks fruit or sweet notes. Can't distinguish any cherry.
Nice hoppy taste coming through strong. Barely any cherry flavour, apart from some very subtle sour aftertaste. Missing some of the sweet notes for a cherry beer. If this should be a play on a red ale, then lacks the typical caramel flavour. Reminds me more of a hoppy bitter ale.
