Double decocted Pilsner. First- a portion of the mash was baked in a wood fired oven using ancient Lithuanian "keptinis" beer technology. Then we performed traditional decoction mashing, this way creating rich and toasty wort.

Oikein maistuva ja helppo. Joku häiritsevä maku, ja ei ihan suosikki pilsneriksi noussut.
