This beer is a collaboration brew between us and Rockmill brewery from Gdansk, Poland. It starts with the grain bill that’s full of wheat and oats. It creates a creamy texture and brings haziness to the glass. Then goes the hops. Only the most aromatic varieties that resemble tropical fruits find their way into the kettle and fermenter. The bitterness is very subtle. What we shoot for is taste and aroma. The Verdant beer yeast makes this beer even more fruity and hazy. In order to sweeten the things up we used a tiny amount of unfermentable maltodextrin that makes this beer taste smoother.
