This seems to be the only beer (of not so many) at this bar that I haven't checked in before. Only two local ones, both tasted yesterday. Therefore, eine Hefe. Cloudy, pale copper beer. A massive creamy head with a long retention. Wheat malt, biscuit, fermented banana and a pinch of orange peel in the air. The taste is marginally crisp with the same cocktail as in the scent. Perhaps a hint of lemon pith, as well. Feels light, soft, smooth, faintly crisp and drying. A classic that doesn't fully meet my expectations.

Bangin’. Another of those top-notch Helles from Bavaria and it has all the characteristics.

Yllättävänkin raikas, ainakin näin kylmänä. Banaania on, samoin paahteista mallasta. Tällaisena ei alko pahasti puske läpi, tiedä sitten kuinka kävisi jos olis vähän lämpimämpää.
