Säuerlicher Einstieg, das Weizenmalz kommt kurz danach. Die Alkoholischen Noten im Mittelteil fügen sich sehr gut an. Im Abgang fruchtige Noten mit Banane und Dörrobst. Sehr guter Weizenbock.

Noniin ja tänään taas jatketaan tutuksi tulleella vehnäolut linjalla.
Testissä Schneider Weisse weizendoppelbock.
Väriltään tumman samea ja korkea vaahtoisuus. Jopa 3 sormen paksuinen vaahtokukka.
Hyvin tuplapukin tai doppelbockin tyylinen. Vahva runko ja ”ottaa otteen” juojasta. Omenainen ja vähän käyneen makuinen ja tuoksuinen. Hyvin ipamainen ja korkeat katkerot vehnäolueksi.
Ei omaan makuun. Jäi 1/3-osa juomatta. Se on harvinaista.
