This seems to be the only beer (of not so many) at this bar that I haven't checked in before. Only two local ones, both tasted yesterday. Therefore, eine Hefe. Cloudy, pale copper beer. A massive creamy head with a long retention. Wheat malt, biscuit, fermented banana and a pinch of orange peel in the air. The taste is marginally crisp with the same cocktail as in the scent. Perhaps a hint of lemon pith, as well. Feels light, soft, smooth, faintly crisp and drying. A classic that doesn't fully meet my expectations.

Personalmente non amo questo stile, ma devo ammettere che nel suo genere è un riferimento. Corposa, torbida, con un bel sapore di frumento
