Kaatuu lasiin samean keltaisena melko minimalistisella vaahdolla. Suutuntuma on puolitäyteläinen, pienikuplainen, pehmeähkö ja kuivahko. Runko suht medium. Makupaletti esittelee hyvin Nelsonia; greippiä, karviaista, rypälettä ja valkoviinimaista kuivuutta. Manilita tuonee soppaan lisäksi marjaisuutta ja kivihedelmäisyyttä, mm. mangoa ja nektariinia. Kuivahan tämä on, mutta Nelson uppoaa aina.
