Meal accompaniment. The appearance is limpid, deep gold. Relaxed carbonation. A cloud-white porous foam grows three fingers tall and descends sluggishly to a still impressive whipped-creamy cap on the top. Grainy malt, sweet-leaning bread and biscuit constitute the olfactory segment. The hoppy component is modest, grassy as much as it can be analyzed. Very classical though. The taste profile is equally classical: grainy malt, slightly sweetish bread, biscuit, grassy hops and a hint of lemon zest. The body is light-medium. The end is identical to upfront. The mouthfeel is light-medium, clean, balanced, smooth, a tad rustic and only marginally crisp. Not the best of the best but works beautifully with the classical Finnish pea soup. 👍🏻

Utuisen kultainen kaato parinsentin vaahdolla. Viljaisan maltainen ja humalaisen mausteinen tuoksu. Maku vahvan maltainen,viljaisa,kuivan humalainen,ruohoinen ja hieman leipäinen. Vaahdosta erityis +,pysyy lähes muuttumattomana loppuun asti joka aina ilo silmälle😉
