Meal accompaniment. The appearance is limpid, deep gold. Relaxed carbonation. A cloud-white porous foam grows three fingers tall and descends sluggishly to a still impressive whipped-creamy cap on the top. Grainy malt, sweet-leaning bread and biscuit constitute the olfactory segment. The hoppy component is modest, grassy as much as it can be analyzed. Very classical though. The taste profile is equally classical: grainy malt, slightly sweetish bread, biscuit, grassy hops and a hint of lemon zest. The body is light-medium. The end is identical to upfront. The mouthfeel is light-medium, clean, balanced, smooth, a tad rustic and only marginally crisp. Not the best of the best but works beautifully with the classical Finnish pea soup. 👍🏻

Recht stabile Schaumkrone. Helles Bernstein minimal angetrübt. Ziemlich herbes Zwickel mit minimal Honig. Trinkbar aber es gibt bessere. Trinkt mehr Bier 🍻 es möge wirken

Zum Sonntag gönn ich mir das Räuschla von der Brauerei Knoblach Schammelsdorf 🇩🇪. Das Märzen mit 5,4% ,golden klarer Couleur und mittelstabilem Schaum macht olfaktorisch mit Getreide und mehr Spur Malzsüße aufmerksam. Am Gaumen dann anfangs angenehm süffig und malzsüß, ehe eine stabile Hoppiness bis zum Abgang einen feinen Hopfenteppich ausrollt. Süffig, hopfig, gut!
