Medium full and medium dry body. Fermented scent and taste. Very mildly sour. Some meady citrus tones with honey tones.
Aftertaste adds strong flowery notes, maintaining fermented honey tones. These make this feel overall sweeter than what is actually is. Pleasant flowery honey tones lingers for a considerably long time.
Very pleasant. My first braggot, but I definately want to taste more of these.
Edit: once warmed considerably, moderately strong, very pleasant, balancing bitters are added to the aftertaste.

Medium light and dry body. Very distinctly bitter, but this feels mostly on front of the mouth rather than at the throat and back of the mouth as normally in beers. A bit sour, distinct spruce with some birch leaf feel to it.
Aftertaste leaves the bitterness from the body lingering for considerably long time. Some herbal notes added along with downtoned resins.
This is something different. Easily the most recognisible spruce tip taste from all the spruce tip beers that I've tasted. Not actually one of my favorites, yet definately worth tasting. Points added for bold spruce taste.

Miltei kirkas.
Kirkkaan havuinen tuoksultaan.
Hapokas, kuiva ja kepeästi havuinen maultaan.
Mainitut appelsiini ja vanilja ei niinkään ole maussa tunnu.
