Septem Microbrewery is located in Orologio in the municipality of Kimi-Aliveri on the island of Evia. It was founded by the chemist and oenologist Sophocles Panagiotou and the economist Georgios Panagiotou and began distributing its first batch of fresh unpasteurised beer in June of 2009.

It's Saturday! Roasty, dry, light-bodied and chocolatey with fairly high carbonation. Also coffee. It leaves a classic roasted malt finish. It could use a bit more body. Now it even feels slightly watery. _______________ Sehän olisi lauantai. Paahteinen, kuiva, kevyt, suklainen, kahvinen, hiilihappoja ihan reilusti ja jättää suuhun perinteisen paahteisen maltaisuuden. Runkoa saisi olla enemmän, nyt jopa vähän vetinen.

IPA greca con luppoli Mosaic, Citra e Simcoe. Si distingue per gli intensi aromi di pesca, agrumi, mango. La gradazione alcolica e il grado di amaro sono sapientemente bilanciati dalla ricca sensazione aromatica al palato e dal retrogusto persistente, dominato da note di agrumi, pino e mango.

Bonne bière avec des notes de fruits tropicaux, des notes d'agrumes et un côté litchi en fin de bouche, le tout est plutôt legé en bouche mais bien équilibré
