The "heretical" recipe of MYLOS 1888 is dedicated to those who gave us the opportunity to express our creativity through brewing. Our goal was to create a "heretical" diversified Lager, using barley malts with various roasts and roasts, as well as wheat malts that would add sweetness and smoothness to the taste. With a complex malty character that is the basis of this beer category, we chose the following three hops to bring out the aromatic character and give a mild subtle bitterness: the American Sabro, launched only in 2018 and usually used in IPAs characterized by explosive aromas of citrus, tangerine and exotic fruits, the Slovenian Bobek, a "noble" variety with floral aromas and mild bitterness, and the German Hallertau Mellon characterized by aromas of melon, honey and overripe strawberry.

I am a little bit disappointed. Waited for something more special or something different. Quite ordinary taste.

Lager definita eretica perché un po' fuori stile, color oro Schiuma color panna di medio spessore ma poco persistente. I sentori sono di pane e frumento. Al palato é ben carbonata, malti ben espressi con una media luppolatura sul finale.
