Mylos 1888
4.6% Dortmunder / Helles
The "heretical" recipe of MYLOS 1888 is dedicated to those who gave us the opportunity to express our creativity through brewing. Our goal was to create a "heretical" diversified Lager, using barley malts with various roasts and roasts, as well as wheat malts that would add sweetness and smoothness to the taste. With a complex malty character that is the basis of this beer category, we chose the following three hops to bring out the aromatic character and give a mild subtle bitterness: the American Sabro, launched only in 2018 and usually used in IPAs characterized by explosive aromas of citrus, tangerine and exotic fruits, the Slovenian Bobek, a "noble" variety with floral aromas and mild bitterness, and the German Hallertau Mellon characterized by aromas of melon, honey and overripe strawberry.
