On sent bien le vieillissement en fût, ainsi que l'acidité vinaigrée, super surprenant en bien, le houblon qui vient astringer tout ça sur la fin, on le sent vraiment bien, assez rare pour une bière de ce style, l'équilibre parfait entre amertume franche et acidité surpuissante... Un régal...

Smells almost a bit smoky, but it is actually banana. Smooth drinking.

Moving to a triple hazy. This is tropical that leans towards peach, lime and mango. Very flavorful with a light dankness. Has a light+ hoppy bitterness that grows towards medium as you finish up. Has a medium thickness. Overall this is scary good as it totally hides the abv. At 10% abv, it tastes very crushable. Beware. 12/17/25 date on the can. It is cool to be watching meaningful baseball in early March. The WBC is cool to watch. .
