Another boster of a drink from Salopian: nice hoppy aroma, creamy mouthfeel with a pleasant hoppiness, slight piney note mixed with a subtle citrus fruit tang, all supported by a malty backbone leading to a nice dry finish. An enjoyable drink. Smooth and easy-drinking session ale that's totally quaffable.

Trifecta of different venues, but still the same drink. Same details as before. Enjoyable drink. A smooth and easy-drinking session ale that's totally quaffable. Salopian never lets me down.

Salopian never lets me down. It has a nice tropical fruit aroma and a similar taste profile, but with a creamy mouthfeel. There is slight hoppiness mixed in, and subtle piney notes lead to a nice sweetness to finish. There is a slightly bitter aftertaste, but it is enjoyable. Smooth and easy to drink, it is a good session ale even at the ABV, but steady on there as it is very quaffable.

From one I hadn't had in a while to one I had earlier this week. Still a boster of a beer from Salopian, with the same details as before despite the change of venue. Still a good session ale that's totally quaffable.

Another bostin pint from Salopian. Nice fruity aroma, fruity taste with a nice floral hoppiness thrown in the mix. Slightly bitter finish but enjoyable. Smooth and easy-drinking session ale that's totally quaffable again.

Very zingy and lemony! A tasty pale ale indeed.

Surprisingly, not much choice today, so I went with an old friend. Same details as before, as I was expecting. Fair play to the brewery for the consistency of the beer. Still a smooth and easy-drinking session ale.

Like I said, a night of retries. Obviously, still the same profile as before—fair play on the consistency—and still a smooth and easy-drinking session ale. Another quaffable drink from Salopian. Marked it down slightly as I feel I was being a bit generous because of time of the day last time I reviewed it

A retry, but it's been so long that it's like a new one. Decent citrus fruit aroma, creamy mouthfeel with a nice citrusy taste. Slight hoppiness mixed in, leading to a subtle sweetness to finish, but balanced out with a nice bitter aftertaste. Smooth and easy-drinking session ale. My rating last time was well deserved. Fair play to the brewery for the consistency of the beer, even though it's a seasonal special.

Creamy stout. Easy on the aroma and the taste had a slightly burnt notes edge but just a subtle touch.
