This is a first, a bottle conditioned NEIPA. Only ever seen home brewers attempt this in bottle... Tropical aromas with hints of stone fruit lead to a big citrus flavour overload. Plenty of carbonation, not too much in mouthfeel, definitely some oats on the mix though. I’m getting grapefruit and lime on my tongue as an afterthought. Nice, and in hindsight probably all they’ll get away with in a bottle. Anything more hardcore and they’ll risk oxidation.
