Crystal clear, gold beer. A pure white, velvety froth that grows two fingers tall and descends soon to a neat messy lace ring. Pale malt, biscuit, a bit of dough and a grassy wink can be observed in the scent. The taste follows suit with pale malt, bread, biscuit, a drop of lemon zest and an idea of honey. The body is relatively light. The end comes quickly, the components don't change. The mouthfeel is light minus, clean, balanced, easy and refreshing. Rather characterless. Bulky. +0.1 extra stars for avoiding artificial sweetness.
