Found tonight a new craft beer in the supermarket.
Hazy, brown beer with standard carbonation builds two-finger, off-white, velvety head that adorns the top for relatively long. Nose senses very weak brown bread, a bit of bitter malt extract and a faint caramelly note.
The taste offers somewhat stale, strong bitter malt, hefty unsweet malt bread, a bit of rye malt and a tad fermented raisin.
The body is light-medium. The beer ends with somewhat bitter rye bread, rye malt and distant yeast.
Mouthfeel is somewhat musty, slightly stale, closed, unfinished and bottle-conditioned.

Hazy, amber beer with restrained carbonation creates modest, half a finger, white, creamy head that soon settles down to thin lace ring.
The scent is generally speaking subdued, offering thin lemon, a pinch of orange peel and a dollop of Finnish mead. An extraordinarily remote note of honey can barely be detected behind the curtain.
The tongue is treated with watery lemon, a tad bitter orange and de-sweetened Finnish mead. A faint nuance of wheat bread and an equally weak aroma of yeast accompany the slightly musty, citrusy palate. Honey lingers distantly in the background.
The light-bodied beer ends relatively quickly with noticeably thin bitter lemon, coarse lemon peel, a tad yeast and a wheaty note.
Mouthfeel is light, slightly tart, a bit flat, faintly earthy and somewhat closed.

Ladies and gentlemen, today the impossible was made possible: a Dominican craft beer found its way finally to my shopping cart.
Muddy, yellow beer with white hue and ridiculously effervescent carbonation overpours seriously when opened. After some cleaning operation, the sky-reaching, white, fluffy head had calmed down to five millimeters. It remained as frazil-icy lacing throughout the whole duration of the drink.
Nose is typical Belgiany: zesty lemon, fruity orange and a bit coarse lemon peel shake hands with some toast, wheat cookies and a tad yeast. A whitepeppery note can be detected in the background.
The taste serves somewhat watery lemon and lemon peel in combination with somewhat bitter wheat flour, distant toast and almost nonexistent cookies. The orange of the scent has vanished entirely. Whitepepper lingers still on tongue but rather distantly. Soft farmhousey yeast steps a bit forward leaving its mark on the palate.
The body is relatively light. The aftertaste builds some sourness for the tastebuds to deal with. Lemon and lemon peel find somewhat farmhousey yeast and bitter wheat flour as companions in the finish.
Mouthfeel is light, slightly tart, distantly earthy and musty as well as relatively Belgiany. Carbonation makes it strongly effervescent. The mouthfeel is also reasonably tropical and rather summery.
Hope has returned.
