Found tonight a new craft beer in the supermarket. Hazy, brown beer with standard carbonation builds two-finger, off-white, velvety head that adorns the top for relatively long. Nose senses very weak brown bread, a bit of bitter malt extract and a faint caramelly note. The taste offers somewhat stale, strong bitter malt, hefty unsweet malt bread, a bit of rye malt and a tad fermented raisin. The body is light-medium. The beer ends with somewhat bitter rye bread, rye malt and distant yeast. Mouthfeel is somewhat musty, slightly stale, closed, unfinished and bottle-conditioned.
