cask-versio Omenainen ja hieman hiivainen sekä kirpeähkö. Cask-sidua löytyy harvemmin ja enimmäkseen ovat olleet pettymyksiä. Tämä on kuitenkin aika hyvä. Mausta löytyy potkua, vaikka hiilihappoja ei olekaan.

The high alcohol percentage is fairly well hidden. I do not feel a burn of ethanol in this cider. Quite pleasant in a sauna. The apple aroma is right on point for me, but a bit strong perhaps.
