Easy drinker

Foggy beer whose color is warm yellow, peachy maybe. Normal carbonation, not wild, nor shy. A fluffy foam climbs two fingers high and dissolves slowly to a still generous lace structure on the top. The scent gives fruits and berries: grapefruit, green grape, green gooseberry and kiwi. A relatively creamy undertone albeit not exactly milkshakey. Biscuit, oat flakes and wheat malt can be spotted in the tailboard. The creamy slam continues also on the tongue. Marvelous! Pineapple, green grape, grapefruit, mango, carambola, kiwi. That's the fruit selection this time. And yes, oat flakes, biscuit and cereal play their tricks in the maltbill. The body is medium-full to full. Superb! Ends pretty much unchanged. The sensation is medium-full, juicy, pulpy, tropical, relatively soft and smooth. Refreshing and somewhat creamy. Very successful! 💛💛

Decent drink with a nice tropical fruit aroma. Hazy pull with a similar taste, but with a subtle hoppiness mixed in. Slight sweetness gives way to a nice, bitter finish. Enjoyable drink. Overall, a well-balanced session ale.

Kaatuu lasiin nätisti samean vaaleankeltaisena vajaan sormen paksuisella vaahdolla. Suutuntuma on täyteläinen, pehmeä, pienikuplainen, ryhdikäs ja humalaisen mehuisa. Runko aikalailla medium plus, kaurainen ja piilokermainen. Maun puolella mangoa, nektariinia ,guavaa, mandariinia, limeä ja greippiä. Todella tasapainoinen kokonaisuus. Näissä Pentrichin oluissa on mielenkiintoista, kuinka hyvin juotavia niistä saadaan täyteläisyydestä huolimatta. Raikas meno ja miellyttävä olut.

Preparing for homebrew cider. We brewed our first and only cider in late 2024. Now the apple harvest is, again, abundant so why not do a second batch. This is the first phase in which the apples are crushed and pressed to juice. A part of the fruits were fresh, the rest deepfrozen. More of the cider itself next year when it's ready for tasting [not exactly fast food]. • • • The beer looks cloudy, deep balmy orange. Again, like a romantic sunset. The carbonation behaves neatly and produces a creamy foam that exceeds two fingers. The foamy crown dwindles gradually to a billowy lace ring on the top. Loads of cream and stonefruits in the fragrance. Mango, nectarine and peach, to start with. The creamy note is sweet. Tangerine and passionfruit join the party right thereafter. Granola, oat flakes and graham crackers play their tricks in the maltbase. The tastebuds love the intriguing tropical fruits, such as guava, mango, nectarine and tangerine. A bit of pink grapefruit and a smaller injection of passionfruit can be added to the list. The maltbill is not as soft as the olfactory supply suggests but still offers oat flakes and wheat biscuit. The creamy undertone is easily recognizable. The body is full. The end gives slightly crisper citruses and turns the other fruits rawer. Creaminess declines, accordingly. The sensation is full, tropical, pulpy, juicy and creamy. However, a bit of tingly dryness creeps into the picture, as well. Starts very promising but can't keep the promise at an exactly high level up to the end though. Tasty anyway.

Kaatuu lasiin todella nätin samean vaaleankeltaisena ja käytännössä vaahdottomana. Humalointi tuntuu olevan tapissa. Suutuntuma on pehmeä, puolitäyteläinen, pienikuplainen ja humalaisen mehumainen. Runko aikalailla medium, piilokermainen ja keksinen. Makupaletissa persikkaa, mandariinia, appelsiinia, mangoa, päärynää, vaaleaa rypälettä ja hieman limeä. Jälkimaku on miellyttävän pitkä trooppisen hedelmäinen ja valkoviinimäisen kuivattava. Oivaa kampetta!

Preparing for the Venetian Night 🔥 The beer is dressed in impenetrable, peach yellow. Looks like a tropical sunset. A creamy foam emerges on the surface up to the height of three fingers. The foamy hat shrinks fast to a thin lace ring. The scent pushes forward generous tropical nuances: cantaloupe, papaya, clementine, mango, coconut, perhaps also a tweak of peach. The general impression is copiously ice-creamy. Beautiful! Simply beautiful. The taste doesn't disappoint me either, the tropical breeze continues: peach, tangerine, orange, mango, green grape and a hint of lime. Biscuit, graham cracker and a good dollop of cream complete the escapade. This really delivers! The body is full. Stunning! Especially for the ABV. The finish is marginally bitter citrusy and a tad grassy. Not very tropical anymore. The mouthfeel is full, tropical, nectar-like, creamy, soft and smooth. Intriguing!
