Assolutamente citrica, nel sapore ma anche nell'odore. Secca quanto basta, ti permette di arrivare a fine bevuta con la bocca pulita e pronta ad un buon aperitivo: niente male davvero.

It's a peave of mine that the craft beer is always a season behind. Here we are, knee deep in autumn and I see this summer beer on the shelf. I suppose next summer we will get all the 2026 winter beers! The can looks great, Wicklow Wolf always do a great job with their can art, working the wolf in every time. The pour was ssmoothwand left a body as picturesque as the can. Golden yellow, with moderate haze and a small amount of white foam that spike then settled into just trace amounts. Aromas of coconut and pineapple to be expected, however, both are quite mild the coconut especially. To be honest, this is probably a good thing as it indicates to me that the flavours are authentic, with actual coconut and pineapple added during the brewing. Both mild as I said but he coconut more so and the pineapple resting on a base of tart lemon berlinner Weiss. The mouthfeel is light bodied but leaning into medium territory, with ultra mild carbonation and a moderate foaminess that is very satisfying. The taste is pleasantly sweet, an oaty creaminess arrives first, carrying a nice bit of coconut. A semi syrupy spike of sweetness comes and goes as quick with a hit of pineapple flowing in after. A very mild tartness maintains a presence in the background but it's really not up to much. I would be tempted to mark this down as the sour element is seriously lacking but I like that what is there, is authentic inuding the juicy pineapple. It is a good beer, a great effort.

Agréable et fraîche. IPA avec Belle touche d'agrumes
