6.2% India Pale Ale

This is the big, bad wolf of West Coast IPAs. A Mammoth amount of Simcoe, Chinook, Cascade and Eureka! hops give a burst of Floral, Resinous Pine, Grapefruit and mountains of citrus fruit. This punchy IPA is supported by a strong malty backbone.

Full and medium dry body. Piney, which makes it a bit stuffy, yet very fruity which also adds to overall feel of sweetness. Mandarin and pineapple added with some downtoned grapefruit. Smooth, low on carbons. Aftertaste is an interesting mix of resin and fruitiness with some grapefruit bitters. I'm not really sure do I like the balance here, somethings not in the right place for me. Gudos for fullness, minus for slightly unbalanced combination.
