Oulà! Chaud devant! 13 degrés d’alcool avec une douceur impressionnante, mais pas saturante. Mousse brune, robe darkissime. Amertume incorporée…!

Murky, oily black beer. Suppressed fizzy carbonation. A restrained bronze tan lacing emerges on the top and retreats quickly to the sides. Maple syrup and dark chocolate with an impressive cacao proportion play the leading roles in the olfactory show. A bit of cookie and distant graham cracker escort the main crew. Thick dark chocolate ganache pours on my tastebuds. No alcohol flavor. Bags of cacao nibs, cookie, a sweet coffeeish hint and marginal wood close the books this time. The body is full. The finish is dark chocolatey with bowls of cacao nibs and raw cacao powder. A fairly long duration. Leaves a full, thick, very deep and lip-glueing sensation in the mouth. No layers, the complexity is minimal. Warming but absolutely not alcoholic. The ABV should have offered more. Anyway, reasonable in its own cohort.
