Pours nice clear golden straw. Solid snow white head, medium size cell, stays a while. Viscous lacing. Nose faint yeast, malty, damp sand at chilly beach. Some apricots and bakeapple jam. Taste is malty, unripe hazelnut, gooseberry notes. Slight bitter hoppy finish. Pleasant carbonation.
