Das Old Tom Ale ist ein dunkler Vertreter mit gräulicher Haube. Es riecht schön röstig malzig. Der Antrunk ist schon mal sehr lecker. Es ist schön mild. Schokoladenaromen legen sich auf Zunge und Gaumen. Dazu noch Espresso und Röstaromen. Die alkoholnote bemerkt man kaum. Ein schönes Bräu.

Un peu trop légère en houblon pour une IPA. Pas trop fan non plus du côté sucré caramélisé qui ne colle pas vraiment au style IPA. Elle se boit néanmoins facilement malgré le fait qu’elle soit peu goûtu.
