One of the few independent traditional breweries in the Czech republic. It brews all its beers according to the traditional mashed method which means that the beer is fermented in open vats and lagered in horizontal lagering tanks for several weeks. It only uses the highest quality raw materials of Czech origin, namely Czech malts, premium Saaz hops and water from its own deep wells, to make the beer. It has the right to mark its products with the protected geographical indication Czech beer.

Tölkitetty 11.8.25 Tyylikäs paksu ja pysyvä vaahto tarjolla. Väri hyvin kullan keltainen ja kirkas. Heti iskee Tsekki oluen tuoksu. Puhdasta on. Tummempaa mallasta, mustaherukkaa, mineraalisuutta, marjaisuutta, pientä makeutta. Tuoksun perusteella selvä Tsekki olut. Varsin miellyttävä maku. Pieni makeus, metallisuutta, kiva katkeruus, tummempaa mallasta, marjaisuutta. Aika mielenkiintoinen maku. Paljon sellaista veren makuista metallia hyvällä tavalla. Varsin kiva rapsakalla katkerolla oleva lager. Mukavan tuhti runko ja makuja riittää. Oikein kiva olut. Kyllä tämä pils on. Puhtaat on maut. Tässä vähän tälläinen Märzen tyylinen mallasrunko. Samanlainen maltaan makeus. Hyvä olut.
