Strong jalapeño smell as soon as it’s opened.
The robe is a bit hazy, the carbonation is low, and we have some particles here and there in the liquid. No head.
The smell is very powerful as previously mentioned and offers strong jalapeño notes. We also have some more “beer like “ notes of cereal. That’s what we expect! 1
Cereal and jalapeño notes on the attack. .8
Then the jalapeño notes beautifully develop further and we can really feel all the aromas of the jalapeño. .9
The aftertaste burns very gently (I’m very used to spicy food so maybe it would burn more for other people), and offers the same feeling you get after biting in a jalapeño. We also have some cereal notes there. .9
Overall, this beer absolutely keeps its promises!! That’s exactly what I expect from a beer with a big jalapeño on the can: it’s spicy, we can taste jalapeño aromas nicely and we still have some standard beer notes with the cereal dimension. It’s not for everyone and I wouldn’t drink too much of it, but it’s interesting and original. Great beer for the fans of the spicyness!! 1

Medium carbonation, beautiful dense head. Nice orange hazy color.
The smell is smooth and gentle. We have nice malt notes and passion fruit notes too. .7
Very smooth attack and very onctuous. We have passion fruit notes that gently develop. 1
They develop more (we have mango, papaya, goyava…) and are paired with a sweet perspective. We also have some citrus notes that appear (mainly orange). 1
The aftertaste is quite resinous and offers a nice blend of these notes. It’s awesome! .9
Overall a quite complex beer with some character from the 10% (the alcohol is undetectable which is great!): we have passion fruit and citrus notes, a beautiful unctuosity, a gentle sweetness and even some resinous perspective at the end. It’s complex, good and absolutely enjoyable. Great beer! 1

A few medium sized bubbles, a nice pale colour. Not so much head.
The smell is crispy and has nice cereal features but also hoppy floral notes. .9
The attack is soft and has nice cereal notes. .8
Then, we also have some hoppy floral notes. We can as well find some honey features. .9
The aftertaste is crispy and a bit bitter. .8
Nice beer, it's refreshing and it keeps its promises. Good! .9

Citrusy smell. Hazy robe.
Citrusy taste with nice grapefruit notes. We also have orange notes. Smooth on the mouth, probably because of oats. Citrusy aftertaste. Very good neipa.
