Good looking deep ember color. Cloudy robe with haziness that comes from little particles in suspension. It’s a beautiful robe ! Low carbonation, no head.
The smell is very spicy. It reminds me of the French Strasbourg Christmas market smell. That’s great! 1
The attack offers nice spicy aromas that are quickly followed by red fruit notes (mainly cherry). .9
There’s a beautiful blend between spicy notes and cherry aromas. There is also a nice, gentle sweetness that beautifully envelops these notes. 1
The aftertaste keeps the cherry and spicy aromas while adding up a liquorous perspective. That’s the only moment we feel the 8% and of course we don’t taste any alcohol. It reminds me of the Schnapps and the mon chéri chocolate. Beautiful aftertaste. .9
Overall, that’s an exceptional beer, it keeps its promises, and offers an original cherry perspective. I guess it’s the perfect drink to go through a harsh winter, and to stay warm! I’m drinking it on March 16th 2026, one of the last snowy days of the winter here in Northern WV! Couldn’t wish for a better beer. 1

Sweet smooth smell. Very smooth on the mouth, milky dimension. Kind of sweet, nice pineapple flavours. Fruity and refreshing.

This has a medium pumpkin with light pumpkin spices (nutmeg, allspice, light cinnamon) and notes of vanilla taste. The pumpkin spices increase a little bit as you get further in.
Not much more to say other than it is one of the better pumpkin beers I’ve had.

Hits with a lot of cinnamon at first & thru out. Add some gingerbread & nutmeg and that will conclude the winter spice to this one. Has some light toffee malt in the background.

GFC 5 - same as previous review. Malty for a Brut. Has a light fruit taste. Also has a bit of a stale taste so maybe it’s been in the beer fridge too long

Re-review time. Clean glass. I’m still getting quite a bit of caramel malt with this. There is some very light fruit in the background. This doesn’t seem to follow the brut style. It’s an okay beer but not much more
