Bad Seed began as two home brewers, James and Chris, passionate about the beers they made using innovative recipes and quality ingredients. The beers tasted so good it was only a matter of time before the Seed was planted. In 2013 we opened a 4BBL microbrewery based in Malton, North Yorkshire, turning the town into a beacon for hand crafted beers. The beers fast proved so popular that we needed to grow. In 2015 we moved to the 12BBL brew kit we now call home. We make beer that makes you sit up and take notice. Beer that makes you want to sing. Beer that makes you happy to be alive.
