This is kind of strange but I think I know why. This has a citrus and fruit taste that is kind of muted. I get some light grapefruit, slightly sour melon, light tangerine. There is more there but nothing else really stands out. Hoppy bitterness is light ++. It’s more hoppy than fruity. My opinion, this this is cold fermented. I think this style doesn’t produce a burst of fruity flavor. Flavor is there but just a bit muted. Now I’m not an expert and only have had a few cold fermented beers lately but they seem to follow that road. Overall it was still a pretty good beer (better than the others I’ve had). I actually had 2 just to confirm my opinion. I’d love to hear other opinions on the style, if you agree or not. Maybe I’m just crazy 🤪🤪🤪

This was excellent. It has a dark fruit/plum taste with a hint of caramel malt and just a tinge of chocolate that shows up as it warms. It’s on the sweet side but far from overkill like most American crafts make them. Overall this one is done just right. Most American crafts make doppelbocks super sweet/brown sugar like. Not this one. I had a 4 pack of them and just had one here and there this week, enjoying every time. As I finish this last one I will be getting another 4 pack assuming they still have them in stock.

Happy Friday. This is like an old school / new school hybrid. Has some light ++ pine with a tinge of dankness. Add in some light lemon/lime, grapefruit with hints of tropical fruit. Bitterness is moderate. Has a hint of sweet bready malt. Overall I really liked this one and was reasonably priced (only $3.75 for a single).

A pretty good American Hefe. Has a spicy clove, light+ banana, light lemon taste. Has a bit of a grainy what taste that’s a little off. Still pretty good.

Has a medium + milk chocolate taste with light roasted malt. Has hints of vanilla. It’s really kind of basic but has a high end chocolate taste that really makes this one. The hints of vanilla accent it well too.

It’s a double coffee stout so guess what?? Surprisingly it has a strong coffee/coffee grounds taste. Has a medium thickness. Lightly bitter. Not much more to it. Overall it’s an extreme “coffee” stout. A bit extreme to me but still decent. Another that I should have expected the taste. ☕️☕️☕️

Has a tropical fruit taste that leans towards mango, papaya, apricot, grapefruit. Has some piney resin to it. Has a light sugary sweetness. Bitterness lingers on the tongue. Hides the alcohol well Overall everything seems great but the apricot has a strong sour side that throws this off quite a bit. If it wasn’t for that I’d rate higher.

This is okay but I’m getting a soapy taste that is is just bringing it down. Getting past the soapy taste - here is my take. Fruity that leans towards apricot & peach. Light bitterness. Not much more to it. Overall the soapy side does fade but is still it there in the background. It’s not horrible - luckily the fruity side takes over from the initial taste - but far from a great IPA.

Happy Friday. Chillin’ as the wife is gone for the weekend so time for a beer This is a little citrusy that is infused with light lemon. It is quite hoppy that is in the medium range. Has just a touch of bready malt. Overall a tasty simple IPA
