C'était bien bon cette Basqueland. Dry-Hop : Citra et Strata

🇪🇦🇪🇦 punaise c'est houblonné et fruité à souhait. Fruit du soleil et agrumes, une belle rondeur et un chouette côté houblonné. Mais assez courte en bouche et sans vraiment d'amertume.

Déjà au nez c'est une vraie salade de fruits ! En bouche... Hmmm... Intensément fruité ! Melon, raisin voir léger vin blanc, agrumes finement acidulées et côté baies / fruits rouges... On sent bien le houblon ; il n'y a par contre aucune amertume.

Opening the can there was a lovely explosion of fruity aroma. There was a heavy, luscious pour, almost like juice, and the body is thick, straw yellow with no head. Scent is very dank, lots of heavy fermented mango and melon. Mouthfeel is weighty and a little flat with DIPA burn. Taste is much like the scent, mango and melon, heavy and boozy, with a little pine resin at the end. A good DIPA but nothing groundbreaking.
