Espuma blanca poco densa y poco consistente, color amarillo limón turbia sabor a citricos melocotón, maracuyá, mango y un poco a levadura, cereal ,suave y sedosa , amargor medio bajo

Sabía bastante bien, era agradable. Pero nose si es por la propia cerveza o el barril estaba chungo, olía a fermentado pasado bastante fuerte. He trabajado tres años haciendo cerveza artesana y el olor de esa me recordaba a la típica cerveza derramada que se podría de la calor luego de una semana.
