We have bread notes and toast notes. .9 The attack is very nice, with roasted bread and a bit of caramel notes. 1 Then the caramel sweet dimension develops further. It has nice amber notes. .9 The aftertaste is gentle and offers remnants of caramel and amber notes. Good. .9 Overall, a quite complex beer with nice roasted notes. It’s also nicely balanced. I’m not surprised it got a prize! 1

Spicy smell with clove notes. Gentle banana dimension too. 1 Fruity attack with a banana dimension. Some spice is there too. .9 Then it continues with the same notes. .8 The aftertaste is gently fruity with a little bit of banana notes and also a spice dimension. We have some licorice there too! 1 Overall a very nice hefeweizen with both a spice (mainly clove) and banana dimensions. Good! .9

We also have some citrus zest notes. .9 The aftertaste offers a nice bitterness along with a continuity of the citrus zest and pine dimensions. Good! .9 Overall a nice double IPA with a good pine dimension that marries itself nicely with a citrus zest dimension. Good beer! .8
