Almost non existent carbonation. Brown reddish robe.
The smell is heavily roasted. We have bread notes and toast notes. .9
The attack is very nice, with roasted bread and a bit of caramel notes. 1
Then the caramel sweet dimension develops further. It has nice amber notes. .9
The aftertaste is gentle and offers remnants of caramel and amber notes. Good. .9
Overall, a quite complex beer with nice roasted notes. It’s also nicely balanced. I’m not surprised it got a prize! 1
