Flight 6/6 wears a murky, deep dark brown gown. The foam is silky moussy and fawn. And covers the glass like there's no tomorrow.
Raw cacao bean, faint coffee and a timid proposal of nut emanate to my nostrils. Could it be almond? The gustatory spectrum offers raw cacao powder, Turkish coffee, raw chocolate, toasted rye flour, a suggestion of brown sugar and a nutty note. Still not convinced about my analysis of the nut but my best guess now is almond. The impression left behind is soft, smooth, roasty, lip-glueing but also drying. Super balanced, an easy sipper.

Flight 5/6 is lucid, surprisingly! The color is pale amber to amber. The foam is bright white, moussy and thick. The carbonation is lively.
The olfactory supply is recognizable with banana, mango, cantaloupe and wheat malt. The taste profile is appealing with fermented banana, bitter orange peel, lemon pulp, grass and wheat cracker. The mouthfeel is light, soft, smooth, juicy and a tad pithy. It's also moderately dry and drying. Is the style American Wheat?

Flight 4/6 is probably the most interesting beer of today! It wears a cloudy, mango pulp colored complexion. And a cute velvety foamy crown on the surface.
Passionfruit juice finds my nose. Fruity but shy. The tastebuds like passionfruit but also lemon, carambola and a bit sour melon. Wheat malt supports the fruity package. Feels light, a tad crisp, juicy and pulpy.

Flight 3/6 shows a relatively clear appearance with a gold hue. A dense creamy emerges on the top.
A very faint malty wink in the air. The malty presence intensifies in the mouth and is accompanied by grassy hops, grapefruit juice and pith as well as a distant resinous hint. A bit different from what I expected stylewise but neat anyway. The sensation is light, moderately crisp, remotely resinous and slightly drying.

Flight 2/6 looks semihazy, pale gold. A fluffy white foam caps the surface and messes the rim of the glass seriously. The carbonation stays alive for a good while.
The fragrance offers a bit of grapefruit pulp and pith. Hoppy. The tongue receives fruity grapefruit pulp and pith, lemon peel and a whisper of carambola. The impression is light, a bit crisp, zesty and refreshing. Clean, for sure. Easily gulpable.

Another African evening, another flight. Six beers brewed on the spot. Fabulous!
As a meal, let me have a pizza with roasted beetroot, caramelized onion and baby spinach. And generous drops of chili oil, of course.
Flight 1/6 is dressed in transparent, pale straw. Almost like champagne. Long-lived carbonation obviously. A pure white frogspawny head.
The scent gives a bit of grainy malt. Only. The taste follows suit: pale malt, not particularly grainy though, rather slightly sweet-leaning cerealy. The hoppy sector is narrow. The mouthfeel is thin, refreshing, clean and balanced. Not bad for such a thin mouthfeel though. Quaffable like a lawn mowing beer but better than bulkies.
